Because of the questions we receive every time when we meet new clients and people which are interested in our services, here I am going to write the basic steps that every system passes during regular maintenance:

1. We are using internal company standard check list made on the base of good experience and best practices. The list consists of more than 40 check points, like:

- Deleting of system temporary folders (this does NOT affect your work or personal information);

- Deleting of browser cache (this does affect your form data entrances like password and e-mail accounts which were saved, so you will have to retype them);

- Removing toolbars of your browsers;

- Regular free disk space check, so we can guarantee system stability;

- Specific performance setting checks;

- E-mail backup;

- Information backup (we deploy automatic backup and monitoring system by client requirements);

- Hard drives mechanical and software error checks;

- Installation of support system on each workstation and server machine of type "remote support".

2. Monthly hardware maintenance. This is important as software maintenance, for the stability and usability of each workstation or server system.

- Visual system condition check;

- Noise analysis;

- Cleaning with compressed air.

3. What the maintenance contract cover and does not cover:

- Each contract covers all hardware and software work done to keep your systems up and running;

- The contract does NOT cover hardware expense needed to fix particular non functionality, those prices are object of additional negotiation with SNB Solutions;

- The contract covers only so called "emergency calls" which are directly stopping your workflow, all other "extra calls" are payable;

- The contract only covers "remote support" of minor problems and operating assistance.

To guarantee you, best quality of service and uninterruptable work environment our advice is your office system to pass at least three times per month maintenance.

In case of further question, don't hesitate to leave me a replay.
