Registry changing monitor refresh rate, and resolution

Ok, sometime we set to high values for our computer screens and then the only thing that we see is black screen and sign "Out of range".
Steps to resolve this is to boot in safe mode holding F8 key. Then go to start menu "Run" and type regedit and click OK button.

Next step is to go to HKEY_CURRENT_CONFIG ->System -> CurrentControlSet -> Control -> VIDEO

There you should locate the following keys and change the values as I show you here (don't forget to switch to Decimal):

BitsPerPel=32
Xresolution=800
YResolution=600
Vrefresh=60

Restart the computer.
