554 email error message: "reason: 554 mail server permanently rejected message": When you send an email, error message comes back with "reason: 554 mail server permanently rejected message". Why does this happen?
Usually, the "reason: 554 mail server permanently rejected message" email is received because the mail server thought your email is spam. Did you send an attachment - BINGO, that's your problem!
Even though the email server return message "reason: 554 mail server permanently rejected message" sounds severe, what you should do is change the extension of your attachment.
554 mail error: solution: Let's say you sent an '.htm' file to a friend. You got a "reason: 554 mail server permanently rejected message" error. I'd suggest using WINZIP to zip the file, therefore changing the extension and sending it again - and you're all set and should not get 554 mail server permanently rejected message (#5.3.0) error again.
